Meet Hetta Welch
Hetta has worked in wellness for over 15 years and is in awe of how working with the body creates lasting change in the body, mind and spirit. She studied massage at the Berkana Institute in Colorado and has since continued her studies in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and CranioSacral Therapy. She is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, using The Vodder Technique, and has completed training with both Klose and ACOLS. Hetta's bodywork sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and wellness goals. She specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage for wellness support, injury recovery and post-surgical recovery. Her therapeutic massage sessions are varied in approach and she often uses hot stones and passive stretching as part of treatment. Hetts is also a certified yoga instructor. She completed her 200 hour teacher training through YogaWorks in Costa Mesa, CA and has completed additional trainings in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Meditation. She has taught yoga in California, Colorado, and Maryland, offering group classes, workshops and private lessons. Hetta loves to support others on their path to greater wellbeing, and is fascinated by the body’s wisdom and healing capacity. She believes with her whole heart that healing and vibrant health is possible!
